🇺🇸 1. Shipping Destination & Currency

Solpshoes ships exclusively within the United States. All prices and transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars).

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (ET – Eastern Time).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET), or during weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

📅 3. Handling & Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatching.
  • Transit Time: 7–13 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 Business Days from order date.

  • Before Fulfillment: Contact us immediately at support@solpshoes.shop to update your address or cancel for a full refund.
  • After Fulfillment: Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please follow our standard return process.

If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 13 business days, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
